So you can order from us for delivery any day.

About delivery methods

For flower, cake, hamper, fruit basket  we all use hand delivery by local delivery.

For non-add-on product bear and chocolate, we ship them from factory which take 3 to 7 days arrive to recipient’s city.

About order time

You can order anytime on your side, we delivery sameday if you order before 2pm China time.

About different product delivery together

If you order flower, cake, fruit basket or hamper, we can deliver them together  to recipient.

I want to send the flower to Beijing, may I?

Of course! We have more than 500 chain local Chinese florist shops in mainland. We almost can send your order to any city in China. Please read our Service.

What time is the best for me to order the flower?

We support the same day delivery in all big cities and many middle cized cities. In order to send your gifts in time, ordering advance 1 to 2 days is the best.

May I decide the delivery time?

You surely can decide the delivery time. According to many possible factors, in day time is the best.

What payment methods can you accept?

We support Paypal, Moneybooker, Western Union, China Merchants Bank overseas remittance. Please read the Payment to get more detail.

How can I know whether the recipient already got the goods that I ordered?

You can login in your account and check your order's status any time. Also we will reply you by E-mail or phone after we are sure that the recipient already got the goods.

May I pay for the order after the recipient get the goods?

Sorry, we do not support this service now.

I want to know what will you do after I place an order?

      When we received the order, we will check the payment. If we don`t receive the payment, we will send an email to remind you. If we get the payment, we will arrange the order and send the email to inform the order condition. After the recipient gets the gifts, we will reply you through email immediately. You can track your order condition on this page: order_query.asp

I use Paypal to pay, when I fill in the information, I don`t know which address I should fill in the "Billing Address".

      You just need to fill in your own address.

Just now,I met an error when I placed the order(or when make the payment), what should I do?

      When you meet the error through placing the order, you can back to check your cart or choose the product again, and place a new order. If you meet the error when you make the payment, you can go to this page to finish the payment: repayment.asp. You just need to fill in your order ID and the amount, and choose the method to pay.
